Scope: miniature-scale dollhouses, non-house themed playsets (ship/farm/garage/station/etc.), and furniture/accessory sets for either, all scaled for dolls/figures played with by hand. Excludes kid-sized walk-in playhouses (sibling: playhouses), outdoor swing-set playsets (sibling: swing-sets), the dolls/figures themselves (sibling: dolls), and building-block sets (sibling: building-blocks).

Seed
- Equivalent of harvest_date: scale_compatibility — almost no listing states it as a ratio, decisive for whether owned dolls/figures/furniture physically fit, costly to backfill since it must be inferred from doll-inch claims or brand-line identity.
- Persona (miniatures collector/restorer) notices first: scale ratio and shell material (1:12 wood vs 1:6 plastic vs 1:24 click-fit) before theme or price, where a typical buyer reads theme first.

Branches
- product_type=dollhouse routes to room_or_level_count/opening_access/moving_mechanisms: supported by wikipedia_dollhouse's room/story counts, kidkraft_so_stylish's "3 levels"/"on wheels so you can move dollhouse from room to room", and wikipedia_barbie_dreamhouse's elevator feature (a dollhouse under this schema).
- product_type=playset routes to theme_subject/moving_mechanisms: theme_subject supported by wikipedia_playmobil's theme list. moving_mechanisms-for-playset has no independently sourced citation this pass (the Barbie Dreamhouse elevator cited previously was misattributed — Dreamhouse is a dollhouse, not a playset, under this schema; moved to the dollhouse line above); treat the playset leg as a judgement call pending a genuine playset-specific source.
- product_type=furniture_accessory_set routes to room_or_set_use/compatibility_scope: supported by kidkraft_accessory_pack being a standalone, room-themed add-on sold apart from a house.
- scale=critter_proprietary makes compatibility_scope irrelevant: supported by wikipedia_sylvanian describing a self-contained figure/house system rather than a scale shared with other brands.

Noise (KidKraft spec-sheet rows with no facet)
- "Care instructions" (surface clean with damp cloth) — cosmetic care text, not an expert-judgement spec.
- "UPC" / "Item Number" — catalog identifiers, not facets.
- "Country of Origin" — not a distinguishing spec experts compare within this leaf.
- Price — excluded per rule (never a facet).
- Removable/clip-on staircases (kidkraft_so_stylish: "2 staircases that clip onto any part of the dollhouse") — minor reconfiguration detail, folded into room_or_level_count rather than its own facet.

Corrections (2026-10-26)
- Moved moving_mechanisms from product_type=dollhouse's makes_irrelevant into its then_ask: kidkraft_so_stylish's wheeled rolling base and clip-on staircases, and wikipedia_barbie_dreamhouse's elevator, show dollhouses do have moving mechanisms (check.md fix 1).
- opening_access's citation re-checked live: wikipedia_dollhouse does contain "most houses have an open back... while British houses are more likely to have a hinged front that opens"; added that quote to its supports list (check.md fix 2).
- Removed the misattributed wikipedia_barbie_dreamhouse citation from the playset-branch moving_mechanisms line in Branches above; no replacement playset-specific moving-mechanism source was found within this pass's fetch budget (Wikipedia Playmobil and two Playmobil product pages have no drawbridge/mechanism text), so that leg is now flagged as an open judgement call rather than falsely cited (check.md fix 3).
- Added assembly_time_estimate facet (numeric, 1-12 hours), sourced to kidkraft_so_stylish ("Average assembly time: 2 hours") and new reference goodhousekeeping_best_dollhouses ("about an hour," "a couple of hours," "about 12 hours per the brand") (check.md fix 4).
- Added other_single_room to room_or_set_use's values so a single-room set outside the named rooms (kidkraft_accessory_pack's "Home Gym") isn't misfiled as multi_room_mixed (check.md fix 5).
- Added a scale_1_to_24_action_figure vocabulary entry, matching the coverage already given to the other scale values (check.md fix 6).
- Downgraded assembly_type's source from listing to researched and reworded listing_field_hint: EZ Kraft/System-X naming is brand-specific, not shown on most retail listings generally (check.md fix 7).
- Re-fetched kidkraft.com/products/so-stylish-mansion-dollhouse live: "Materials: Wood, MDF, Plastic", "ages: 3+", and "Average assembly time: 2 hours" are all present in the current page. Rejecting check.md fix 8 as no change needed — the claims are confirmed, not unsupported; the checker's earlier fetch likely hit a blocked/partial render.
- Reworded included_piece_count's backfill_note to state its bands are a judgement call from the single 42-piece data point, not a sourced retail distribution (check.md fix 9).
- Dropped the orphaned "FSC certified" vocabulary entry rather than inventing a new material value for it; no FSC source was fetched this pass (check.md fix 10).
